Beans + Water does not collect personal information. The app has no account, analytics, advertising, subscription, or remote recipe history.

On-device information

Your active method, coffee dose, ratio, yield, roast, and optional recipe names are stored locally on your devices. Apple system features may move the current recipe between your iPhone, widgets, and Apple Watch.

Brew Cards

A Brew Card places the recipe values you choose to share directly in its URL. The link contains no account identifier or personal history. Anyone with the link can read the recipe it contains.

This website

The website calculator runs in your browser and does not save its inputs to an account or recipe database. Beans + Water does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.
